Prescription Products
Due to the nature of prescription medications, we cannot accept returns of prescription products for reuse or resale, and all sales are final. If you believe we have made an error in filling your prescription, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at support@medurahealth.com or (702) 718-5578 and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
Membership & Subscription Fees
All membership fees are non-refundable once charged. If you cancel your membership, you will retain access to your membership benefits through the end of your current billing cycle. No prorated refunds will be issued for unused portions of a membership period. You may cancel at any time by calling (702) 718-5578, emailing support@medurahealth.com, or logging into your Secure User account.
Billing Errors
If you believe you have been incorrectly charged, please contact us within 30 days of the charge at support@medurahealth.com or (702) 718-5578. We will investigate and resolve any verified billing errors within 5–10 business days. Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method.
Shipping Issues
If your order arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or is delivered to the wrong address, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with our pharmacy network to investigate and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement shipment. Please note that we are unable to reship medications to an address different from the one on your original order without prior verification.
Laboratory Testing Fees
Laboratory testing fees are billed separately by Quest Diagnostics and are not included in your Medura Health membership fee. All questions or disputes regarding lab fees must be directed to Quest Diagnostics directly. Medura Health is not responsible for laboratory billing and cannot issue refunds for lab-related charges.
How Refunds Are Processed
Where a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed. Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
