Cancellation Policy

At Medura, we want to make managing your care as simple and transparent as possible. Please read our cancellation policy carefully before purchasing any services or memberships.


Telehealth Appointments

If you need to cancel or reschedule a telehealth appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee. To cancel or reschedule, contact us at support@medurahealth.com or call (702) 718-5578.


Membership Cancellations

You may cancel your Medura membership at any time by:

Once canceled, your membership will remain active through the end of your current billing cycle. Membership fees already paid are non-refundable. You will not be charged for any subsequent billing cycles after cancellation.


Prescription Orders

Once a prescription order has been processed and submitted to the pharmacy, it cannot be canceled. If you have concerns about a prescription order, please contact us immediately at support@medurahealth.com.


Product Orders

Orders for Medura wellness products may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, orders that have been processed or shipped cannot be canceled. Please refer to our Return Policy for information on returning products after delivery.


Refunds

Medura does not offer refunds on completed telehealth visits, membership fees, or processed prescription orders. Refund requests for wellness products will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, contact us at support@medurahealth.com within 7 days of your purchase.
